Major refurbishment and conversion of a derelict warehouse facility into new head office space for 186!

The site at 4 Riggs in the centre of Darlington required full strip out and tidy plus attention to immediate maintenance requirements which included external surfacing repairs, roof cladding sheet repairs and associated drainage works.

A full internal strip out including demolition or some existing features with a full design and bespoke fit out with offices based on a mezzanine flooring.

Testing and commissioning of the building services including the supply of electrical and water services.
