Building strip out and electrical upgrade
Project details
186 are highly experienced in dilapidations and electrical upgrades and we were delighted to support another client with this four week project.
Work included the full strip out and reinstatement of the of existing building.
Electrical works included the adaptation and upgrade of existing custom-built panel board to suit new installation requirements. We repurposed, updated and upgraded components where feasible, improving functionality, compliance and performance.
Distribution boards were relabelled for accurate circuit identification and safety compliance and installed missing blank plates to ensure all unused ways were safely enclosed and compliant.
