Project details
186 were delighted to deliver a successful office refurbishment for Latimer Hinks Solicitors.
The four-week project included the creation of new office space at 13 & 14 Coniscliffe House, Darlington.
Works included supply and installation of new stud partition walls, new glazed partitions and new door sets.
186 installed new flooring throughout, supplied new office furniture and completed decoration of all areas.
Electrical work included supply and installation of new labour air con. This involved decommission of the existing system, relocation and installation of fan coil units, plus controllers to provide the newly formed offices with heating / cooling.
In addition we installed new labour ventilation circuits and connections.
