Q5 – Floor and dilapidations work

Dilapidation and floor work for a regular client, Preston Cherry LLP.

The works, to the 1st Floor Q5, Qurum Business Park, Newcastle included carpet uplift and removal of existing walls and lighting.

An electric power split, including the installation of a second distribution board, will enable the client to sublet the office space.

Installation of a dividing wall, new lighting and redecoration completed the works.

The project was completed on time and in budget.
