Coniscliffe House – Refurbished Office

Coniscliffe House, located on Coniscliffe Road in Darlington, has undergone an impressive transformation, resulting in the creation of several modern workspaces and studios. This building, situated in a highly desirable town centre location, has been recently refurbished to the highest standard. The refurbishment work was carried out in two phases, the first of which focused on redesigning the main entrance to include a central glazed entrance, new external steps with disabled inclined platform lift, and a new brick wall and railings.
