186 Property Solutions worked with leading North East law firm Latimer Hinks to deliver their new office space at Coniscliffe House in Darlington.
The programme was critical with an ambitious 3-week turnaround.
The firm, which has been headquartered in Priestgate since the early 1900s, expanded into Coniscliffe House, on Coniscliffe Road, with some of its experienced commercial property, farms and estates teams working there from spring 2023.
In addition to these changes, Latimer Hinks has made a significant investment in its IT systems, aiming to revolutionise the way that it works with its clients, and has implemented a further refurbishment programme at its Priestgate office in collaboration with 186 Property Solutions.
