Den Hartogh – Office Block Refurbishment and Alterations
New office fit out for Den Hartogh Logistics at Phoenix House on the Surtees Business Park in Stockton.
The project was a significant investment and upscaling for Den Hartogh who were looking for high calibre office space in a suitable location.
Works included renewal of floor coverings, replacement suspended ceilings and full redecoration. Re modelling of partitioning to form a break-out and cloakroom area. Testing and commissioning of the building services on completion of the work.
The project was completed on time and significantly under budget (+£20k).
