Office refurbishment for Odd Trading, a property investment company based in Runcorn.

Their head office redevelopment included external cleaning of windows, sills, and facia boards. Full respray of UPVC windows to a modern anthracite colour.

Full internal strip out, rewire and adding data infrastructure that sits within the current “open plan” layout but can be adapted to service 2/4 separate lettable areas.

Renewal of floor coverings, replacement of suspended ceilings and full redecoration. Overhauling all toilets including white goods and retiling. Testing and commissioning of the building services on completion of the work.
